I was so impressed when I visited Tatin Bakehouse earlier this year. Each item on the menu is crafted with the utmost care. I love how the owner and chef Lili Linda manages to balance such beautiful flavours and textures into her pastries! It truly makes the dining experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for drinks, one of my favourite spots is Goldwyn and Sons in Bronte Village. We wrote a story about them (and their lead bartender Kanto) last year in Oakville News, but the craft cocktails are tasty, unique and made by real artists. It’s pricey, so it’s a special treat kind of place. If you sit at the bar, the staff always love to chat and talk about the new recipes they’re working on.
