Lunch for the day! A chicken salad dip situation 😆 Great to eat on its own or my favourite way, with some Tostitos Mine has: cooked chicken (cubed), one bell pepper chopped well, one jalapeño, half a can of chickpeas and sweet corn. Topped with some lime juice and crumbled feta! Perfect!

Haven't been cooking tons lately, but with the weather getting warmer, I have started reminiscing on my summer trip to Croatia last year. It was such a lovely trip, and the food 🤗 unbelievable! This photo is a delicacy in our culture called, Mešano Meso (mixed grill plate). It is essentially a plate of grilled meat and onions 🤣 who could want anything else?
The photo really doesn't do it justice, I thought I could eat a lot but this plate put me to shame!

What to do when there are apples going bad in the fridge? Make apple pie of course! I cheated a little, using store bought crust 🤪 but it still tasted delicious and you can't have apple pie without ice cream!
