Whipped up some tasty crepes this morning for breakfast! Very simple recipe and makes so many!
1 cup of flour 1-2 tablespoons of sugar depending on if you are making sweet or savoury crepes A pinch of salt 1 egg 1/2-1 cup of milk (you have to eyeball it to get the right consistency) A splash of water to thin out the batter
The consistency should be runny, thinner than a pancake!
Spread thinly on a hot, buttered pan and flip!
This recipe made me at least 5 large crepes ❤️
I fill mine with some maple syrup and powdered sugar
