Just discovered that my neighbours are keeping a live chicken in their backyard. Pretty sure that it is against some by-law to have a live chicken, anyone ever have this experience? 🐔

What should I do? I don't want to be a pain or nuisance but I don't want it coming over to my lawn 😂
