Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation's Birmingham Gilgan House celebrated a milestone in Halton last week. Through what organizers called "a volunteer appreciation event," Wellspring acknowledged and commemorated 11 volunteers who have dedicated 25 years of service to support those living with cancer.
