Mornings are my favourite time to journal and set an intention for the day. What is everyone's journal routine if you have one, if not, would you start one?

My routine is quite simple, I start by jotting down how I am feeling right out of bed.

From there I like to write down some goals to conquer during the day and maybe some hurdles I might run into.

I also have a running countdown of the days until my next trip to Europe, so that definitely makes me chipper in the morning!

I like to cap it all of by reading my morning affirmations!
