Spring is here! Please resist the urge to rake your lawn as the ground has not fully thawed yet. Use spring fertilizer around the end of March then weed and feed in June. Leave your garden beds to rest until at least mid to end of April and definitely do not dig in the soil because that is where the bumble bees are wintering and will live in the same place all summer.
